Police are currently searching for a missing one-year-old child in Rochester.
Andrew Marc Biggin was last seen at a Johnson Street home about 9am.
It is believed he is on a light-blue scooter and has his two dogs with him.
Andrew has blonde hair and is wearing a black jumper with red writing on it and blue jeans.
Police have released the below photo of Andrew.
