Missing person appeal - Oak Flats

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a woman missing from the Lake Illawarra region.

Shirley Kent, aged 91, left her home in Oak Flats about 10.30am today (Friday 12 July 2019), and failed to return.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare because she has some issues with her memory, despite being of good health.

She is described as Caucasian appearance, 145cm tall, slim build, with short white hair.

She was last seen wearing a pink jumper and dark coloured pants. She was accompanied by a small dog, described as a terrier cross breed. The dog was wearing a blue collar and has a brown coat.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
