Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Frankston man, Ray Gillin.
The 45-year-old was last seen at his home on Lipton Drive at 3am on 13 October.
Police have concerns for Ray's welfare due to a medical condition.
Ray is 180cm tall, slim build, bald with facial hair and is known to wear a distinctive Geelong jacket
Ray is known to frequent the Frankston, St Kilda and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ray in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Ray or has information is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
