Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Robel Hailu.
The 22-year-old was last seen leaving his home address on Tiamo Rise in Sydenham on 10 October.
Police and family have concerns for Robel's welfare as he has not had any contact with his family and his mobile phone number has been disconnected.
Investigators have released an image of Robel in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Robel is urged to call Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
