Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Acacia Williams.
The 18-year-old was last seen in Blackburn South about 3.10pm on Wednesday 7 August.
Acacia is described as 150cm tall, with a slim build, shoulder length brown hair, and was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black tracksuit pants and pink/purple runners
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
She is known to frequent the Victoria Market and the Melbourne CBD.
Investigators have released an image of Acacia in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Acacia is urged to call Forest Hill Police Station on 8847 3600.
