Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Artemis Tzouvani.
The 16-year-old was last heard from by her family on 17 November.
Police and Artemis's family hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
Artemis is described about 160cm tall, thin build, long brown hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Ripponlea and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Artemis in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Artemis is urged to call Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
