Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hampton Park teenager Carlos Kilisi.
The 15-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Berwick about 10.45pm last night.
Police and family have concerns for Carlos's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Carlos in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Carlos was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black jeans and black shoes.
Anyone who sees Carlos is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
