Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14-year-old Werribee teen Ileyaas Zeleke.
Ileyaas was last seen in Georgia Crescent, Werribee about 11am on Saturday 10 August.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Ileyaas is described as African in appearance, about 170cm tall with a thin build, short black hair, brown eyes and is missing his front left tooth.
Investigators have released an image of Ileyaas in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Ileyaas's whereabouts is asked to Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
