Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Sebastian McDonald.
The 14-year-old was last seen in Werribee about midday today.
Sebastian is described as 160cm tall, blonde hair, blue eyes, medium build and has a nose piercing.
He was wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt with white writing, grey track pants, Adidas runners and possibly riding a gold scooter.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
An image of Sebastian has been released in the hope someone has information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Sebastian is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
