Missing teenage boy at Ipswich

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 15-year-old boy missing from Ipswich.

The boy was last seen leaving a Barker Street property at approximately 1pm on Sunday September 10.

It is out of character for the boy to not make contact for this period of time and he was subsequently reported as missing.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his young age and as he has medical conditions which require medication.

He is known to travel across areas in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Laidley.

The boy is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 175cm tall with a slim build and dark brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black long pants.

Police appeal to the boy, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
