Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 13-year-old boy missing from Forest Lake, Queensland Police say.
The boy was last seen on Monday, November 20, and has not contact family or friends since.
He is described as 165cm tall, slim build, Caucasian in appearance with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police urge the boy, or anyone who has further information, to contact police.
