Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Breeana.
The 16-year-old was last seen about 9am on 6 March in Warrnambool.
She is described as 160cm tall with a medium build and short orange-coloured hair.
Breeana was last seen wearing grey track pants, blue tie-dyed jumper, white shoes and a dark-coloured cap.
She is known to frequent the Warrnambool, Colac, Melbourne and Geelong areas.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Breeana in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Breeana is urged to contact Warrnambool Police Station on 5560 1167.
