Missing teenager at Ipswich 8 June

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a missing 13-year-old girl from Rosewood.

The girl was last seen on foot around 8.30am on Lanefield Road on Tuesday June 6 and has not contacted family since.

She is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, larger build, with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen a wearing maroon shirt, red running shoes and was carrying a black backpack.

Family and police are concerned for her welfare due to her young age.

It is believed she may be using public transport to travel around the Laidley and Ipswich areas.

The girl, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
