Missing teenager at Ipswich

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 17-year-old boy reported missing from Ipswich.

He was last seen on Brisbane Street on Monday September 19 at 5.30pm and is believed to have boarded a train to Roma Street station, Brisbane City.

The teenager is described as Aboriginal in appearance, approximately 175cm tall, with short dark hair, brown eyes and short beard and moustache.

He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark shorts and blue joggers.

Police hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition which may cause disorientation.

He is believed to be travelling in the Brisbane City area.

The boy, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
