Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Benedict McNally.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Darling Street, South Yarra about 6.40am this morning.
He is described as 170cm tall, with a thin build, dark scruffy brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing a grey hoodie, black tracksuit pants, black runners and carrying a black 'Kathmandu' backpack.
Benedict is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda and Brighton areas.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
Police have released an image of Benedict in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Benedict is asked to call Prahran Police Station on 9520 5200.
