Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Con Sgroi.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Koo Wee Rup.
He is described as 170cm with short light brown hair and was wearing a blue Champion hat, silver/black/red Nike runners and grey track pants.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Anyone who sights Con is urged to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
