Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Dylan Griffith.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Croydon about 4pm on 28 March.
He was wearing a tie-dye jumper, black and white shorts, multi-coloured Nike Air shoes and in possession of a black backpack.
Police and family have concerns for Dylan's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Dylan in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Dylan is urged to contact Croydon Police Station on 9724 0100.
