Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14-year-old Hayden Allwood-Hamilton.
Hayden was last seen in St Kilda on 18 April.
Police have concerns for Hayden due to his age.
Hayden is approximately 150cm tall with fair/pale complexion, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Hayden is known to frequent the Wellington, St Kilda, Frankston, Narre Warren, Dandenong, Cranbourne, Bayside and surrounding areas.
Police have released an image of Hayden in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Hayden is asked to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
