Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Kimberley Boyd.
The 17-year-old was last seen at her residential address in Clarkson Street Sebastopol on Monday 23 September.
Police and hold concerns for Kim's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
She has been known to frequent Ballarat, Wendouree, Sebastopol and Melbourne areas..
Anyone with information is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
