Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Leah Spengler.
The 15-year-old was last seen about 1pm on 8 August at Cornwall Road, Sunshine.
Police have concerns for Leah's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
An image has been released in the hope someone recognises Leah and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Leah is Caucasian in appearance with a slim build and is 160cm tall with brown shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a white 'New York Yankee' branded top, dark grey tracksuit pants and dark coloured runners.
Leah is known to frequent the Sunshine, Albion and Wyndham Vale areas.
