Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Leah Spengler.
The 15-year-old was last seen on 16 May at Footscray Railway Station.
Police have concerns for Leah's welfare due to her age.
An image has been released in the hope someone recognises Leah and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Leah is Caucasian in appearance, 160cm tall with blonde shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, camo pants and black shoes.
Leah is known to frequent Geelong, Point Cook and Altona.
Anyone who sees Leah or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
