Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Maddison Griffin.
The 13-year-old was last seen about 4pm yesterday near Hallam Railway Station.
She is described as having long brown hair and a slim build and was wearing a black jacket and white tracksuit pants.
Maddison may be in the Ringwood, Lilydale or Oakleigh areas.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
An image of Maddison has been released in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Maddison is urged to contact Cranbourne Police Station on 5991 0600.
