Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Nioka Hayes.
The 16-year-old was last spoken to via phone on 22 July but is known to frequent the Preston, Carrum Downs and Craigieburn areas.
Police hold concerns for Nioka's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Nioka in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Nioka is urged to contact Preston Police Station on 9479 6111.
