Missing woman and child at Noosa Heads

Police are seeking public assistance to locate a woman and two-year-old girl missing from Noosa Heads since Friday July 29.

The pair were last seen leaving the vicinity of Noosa Heads Main Beach around 5.30pm, travelling in a white 2013 Mazda BT-50 dual cab utility with a black bonnet and aluminium tray bearing Queensland registration 973TXP.

The next morning, Saturday July 30, the utility was seen driving along Devonstone Drive, Cooroibah, and has not been located since.

The 25-year-old woman is described as Caucasian in appearance and approximately 170cm tall with brown and blonde long hair, hazel/brown eyes and has a slim build. She was last seen wearing a pink singlet and jeans, carrying a pink, purple and green tie dye jumper.

The two-year-old female child, known to the woman, is described as Caucasian in appearance and last seen wearing a yellow shirt and nappy.

Police and family have concerns for the woman and child's welfare as their disappearance is out of character, and urge the woman, or anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the pair to contact them.
