Missing woman and child, Vernor

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 36-year-old woman and 6-year-old boy reported missing from Vernor.

They were last seen on Friday July 22 at an address on Taree Road and police hold concerns for their welfare due to the woman's medical condition and child's young age.

The woman is described as Caucasian, slight build, approximately 172cm tall with dark hair and hazel eyes.

The child is Caucasian with brown hair.

Police believe the pair, known to each other, are together and may be in the Ipswich or Lockyer Valley areas.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact police.
