Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Sydenham woman Jennifer Chapman.
The 31-year-old was last seen at an address in Hagan Close, Hoppers Crossing in late December.
Police and family have concerns for Jennifer's welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Jennifer in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
Jennifer is known to frequent Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, Melton and Sydenham.
Anyone who sees Jennifer is urged to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
