Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Samantha Duchatal.
The 32-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Bendigo about 3.30pm on Wednesday 28 August.
Police have concerns for Samantha's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Samantha is described as having black shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, 150cm tall with a thin build and a tattoo on her neck of skull and bones.
Investigators have released a photo of Samantha in the hope someone may recognise her and be able to provide information on her whereabouts.
It is believed Samantha frequents the Bendigo and Echuca areas.
