Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Long Gully woman Vashti Svenson.
The 43-year-old was last seen leaving the Bendigo Hospital about 2.15pm on 3 April.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Vashti was last seen wearing a green flannelette shirt, grey tracksuit pants and white sneakers.
She is known to frequent the Long Gully and Bendigo areas.
Police have also released an image of Vashti in the hope that someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Vashti is asked to contact Geelong Police Station on 5255 3100.
