Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Rhiannon.
The 16-year-old was last seen at her Woodend address on 2 April and last spoke to family via social media on 11 April.
She is known to frequent the Geelong, Warrnambool, Melbourne CBD and Ashwood areas.
Police and family hold concerns for Rhiannon's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Rhiannon is described as being 165cm tall, with a thin build and light brown hair.
An image of Rhiannon has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Rhiannon is urged to contact Kyneton Police Station on 5421 2900.
