Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mohamed Alashkar.
Alashkar, who also goes by Mike Alachka, is wanted on warrant for failing to appear to answer assault, traffic, drugs and weapons charges.
Alashkar is described as approximately 180cm tall with a solid build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent Preston, Coburg, Fawkner and Brunswick and may be travelling in a white 2004 Mercedes Benz van with registration 1LU-5WM.
Police have released an image of Alashkar in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
