• D.Batnasan, CEO of Uguumur Tsagaan Shuvuut LLC: "Hello everyone. Our company recently participated in an OSH training organized by the ILO. Our work primarily involves high-altitude tasks, specifically operating from 16-meter bucket trucks to maintain lighting poles. We found out that safety violations were common in our daily operations. However, through this training, we successfully conducted the first risk assessment of our company and generated a comprehensive safety report. Training helped us to identify the mistakes and consequences where we lacked proper implementation. We are grateful for this opportunity, as we have now established a solid foundation to ensure a safer, risk-free working environment moving forward."

• B.Baljinnyam, Member of the OSH committee in Baganuur district: "OSH training has been conducted in Baganuur District, involving 25 small and medium-sized enterprises. This training was highly effective as it prioritized workplace practical approach over theory. As a result, more than half of the participating organizations have completed workplace risk assessment."

• G.Batzorig, OSH specialist at Mon Tsakhim LLC: "Our company participated in this training, jointly organized by the ILO and the OSH Center. Through this training programme, we achieved tangible workplace improvements. Specifically, we upgraded our safety signage and updated our risk assessments using the new standard models. We have also implemented a 'before and after' photo documentation in the workplace to track our progress. I am pleased with the significant changes we've accomplished and would like to thank our trainers for their guidance."

• B. Tsevel-Yanjin, principal of the kindergarten #142: I participated in this OSH training initiated by the ILO and the OSH Center. The training consisted of three phases. Under Phase 1 workplace risk assessment, we implemented several low-cost safety solutions. Classroom radiator covers were made using affordable PVC pipes. Outlet covers were attached to prevent children from inserting objects into them. All doors have finger guards installed to prevent injuries. Gyms and music rooms now have corner protection padding, using available, affordable materials. Under Phase 2, our trainers helped to standardize essential documentation for kitchen safety procedures. We established clear protocols for morning reception, meals, naps, and dismissal. In the kitchen, we updated safety instructions and signage for all equipment, added burn warnings, and marked safety zones on the floor. Under Phase 3, today, we have eliminated the danger and are reporting what we have implemented. A safe environment protects the children's health while providing peace of mind for our teachers. This training has successfully concluded at our kindergarden.

• S.Selenge, ILO trainer: On behalf of the training beneficiaries, I am grateful to the ILO and the OSH Center for implementing this training programme.

• S. Altantana, Manager at Baganuur 24 Service center: "I attended this OSH training in Baganuur District. We are grateful to have learned the latest safety trends and to be implementing them at our workplace. As we are running a catering business, we use LPG gas cylinders that were previously stored in an open area. After gaining technical knowledge from this training, we relocated them to a safe, secure and closed area. By learning to identify workplace hazards, we have taken proactive steps to prevent risks and ensure the safety of both our workplace and our employees."

• O.Altankhuyag, ILO trainer: "This project was unique because it combined a two-day classroom training with eight days of in-factory consulting to 25 enterprises. We conducted workplace risk assessment and implemented continuous improvements. For example, we provided professional guidance on placing safety signage and performing practical risk assessments, making this training exceptionally hands-on and effective."

• S.Selenge, ILO trainer: "As a trainer, I believe this training was highly effective in implementing government policies to protect workers' lives and health. It focused on promoting the essential requirement for OSH standards across all enterprises and workplaces."
