Mongols Consorting Arrest

Police arrested three members of the Mongols Outlaw Motorcycle Gang after they were located together on North Terrace yesterday.

About 5.20pm, Friday 15 March, members of the Serious and Organised Crime Branch arrested three men in company on North Terrace, Adelaide. It will be alleged the men are members of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, a declared criminal organisation in South Australia.

It is an offence to be knowingly present with two or more participants in a criminal organisation in a public place

A 56-year-old man and a 48 year-old-man both from Western Australia and a 55 year-old-man from Queensland were arrested and charged at the Adelaide City Watch House. Police bail was refused

To maintain public safety, South Australia Police will continue to proactively investigate reports of outlaw motorcycle gang members being present in public together.
