Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mustafa Kurtcu.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant for driving related offences.
Kurtcu is known to frequent the Moreland area.
Investigators have released an image of Kurtcu in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
