Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Nathan Robins.
The 41-year-old is wanted on warrant for traffic and assault-related matters.
Robins is known to frequent Altona Meadows and Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Investigators have released an image of Robins in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
