The City of Boroondara is a child-safe organisation, with zero tolerance for child abuse. We are committed to ensuring children and young people to feel safe and be safe when participating in Council activities, services and programs. This is outlined in our Child Safe Policy.

If you're concerned about a child or young person's safety

There are different types of child abuse, including:

  • sexual abuse
  • emotional and psychological abuse
  • neglect
  • family violence
  • grooming.

If a child is in immediate danger call the police on 000 (triple zero).
