This May the City of Canada will be hosting a mini festival of light and music in the heart of Five Dock!
On Friday, 10 May from 5-8pm Great North Road will come alive with music and dazzling light installations created by artist Carla O'Brien.
"This event is an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy delicious food, great music and beautiful art that will light up the entire street," City of Canada Bay Mayor Michael Megna said.
There will be live music and roving entertainment while visitors are encouraged to grab a bite from the surrounding eateries and wander through the glowing art installations.
"This festival is really about showcasing the wonderful business we have in Five Dock and the fantastic food and goods they have on offer," Mayor Megna said.
"I encourage everyone to come down to eat, dance and explore the wonderful entertainment and attractions on offer."
