Minister for Public Employment, Gerry McCarthy has announced the appointment of a new Commissioner for Public Employment.
Ms Vicki Telfer has more than 20 years public sectorexperience, most recently as the Deputy Secretary People Strategy in the NSWTreasury Department.
Ms Telfer has a Master of Administrative Law and Policy, aMaster of Public Affairs, a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Diploma inEducation.
Appointed following a national recruitment process, MsTelfer will formally commence in the role on 2 September. Ms Telfer replacesformer Commissioner, Craig Allen, who served the Northern Territory PublicSector with distinction.
