Practice your golf swing at the first dedicated golf training facility in Knox. Two new golf birdie cages have opened in Wally Tew Reserve, Ferntree Gully.
We are excited to support golf, and expand recreational activities at Wally Tew Reserve.
This facility has been designed to allow golfers to perfect their stance, grip and swing. The golf birdie cages allows golfers to practice uninterrupted, and saves them from fetching their golf balls from long distances.
This golfing facility was constructed in June and July, and officially opened in September.
The golfing facility is located along Brenock Park Drive, in between the two sporting ovals.
We are planning to construct more golfing facilities in Knox next year. Locations include, Parkridge Reserve and Millpera Reserve.
We hope local golfers and visitors enjoy these new facilities, and look forward to seeing more golfers at Wally Tew Reserve.
