We have launched our new 2024-2027 strategy and regulatory priorities for the 2024-25 financial year.
Our 2024-2027 strategy sets a new vision to safeguard consumer rights and ensure fair practices across key sectors. It captures where we are focusing our efforts, and what approach we will take to deliver activities that achieve our vision and purpose.
Our focus is on empowering communities and creating a marketplace where consumers can trust their rights are protected.
Our 2024 regulatory priorities outline the specific areas and consumer harms we aim to address proactively in the financial year 2024-25.
The focus areas include:
- the rental sector
- the property sector, including strata and community schemes
- consumer goods and services
- motor vehicles.
