Celebrate World Wetlands Day in Logan
Did you know there are about 200 wetlands located in the City of Logan's parks?
They're popular with locals and visitors alike, especially for people who enjoy bird watching and walking.
World Wetlands Day is on February 2, so it's a great chance to explore one of our local parks, including Carbrook Wetlands, Slacks Creek Environmental Park, Berrinba Wetlands, Lake Dennis, Eagleby Wetlands, Spring Mountain Reserve or Tygum Lagoon.
Join Council at Eagleby Wetlands on February 6 from 6.30pm to see which frog species are hiding in the city. Registrations are essential and can be made at lccqld.com/EcoLogan
