Non-residential ratepayers required to enrol to vote - check your eligibility here

The Victorian Government has introduced new voting enrolment rules that require some ratepayers to make an application in order to vote in this year's Council elections.

There are three steps you need to take to ensure you have the right to vote in these elections.

  1. Find out whether you need to make an application in order to vote;
  2. If you are required, complete the appropriate application form;
  3. Submit the application form before 4pm on Friday 28 August 2020.

We've made it easy to learn whether you need to make an application to vote: simply visit queenscliffe.vic.gov.au/vote and read through the eligibility criteria, and follow the steps from there.
