A notice of rescission has been lodged in respect to item 'PE.1 – Application for extension of time for Planning Permit PLN/2015/204 – 2-4 Davy Street, Woodend' that was considered at the Scheduled Council Meeting on 16 December 2020.
In accordance with Council's Local Law, the decision that was carried at the meeting on 16 December, cannot now be acted upon. The rescission motion now needs to considered by Council.
It will be listed for the next Scheduled Council Meeting on 27 January 2021.
