Northern Territory Police have issued a Notice to Appear to a 23-year-old woman relating to disclosure of confidential information.
Following a referral from the Office of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, detectives from the Special References Unit executed a warrant on the woman on 3 June 2022 and seized her mobile phone.
The woman was served a Notice to Appear in court on 19 July 2022 for the following offences:
- Section 76 CCA - Disclosure of confidential Information
- Section 145 ICAC - Unauthorised disclosure of information obtained in the course of performing function.
