NSW man charged over drug offences

A man has been charged with alleged drug offences following ongoing investigations into drug supply in Sydney’s east, NSW Police say.

In December 2015, detectives from Kings Cross Local Area Command commenced inquiries into an alleged drug supply syndicate operating in the Kings Cross and Paddington areas.

Following investigations, about 5.50pm yesterday today, detectives arrested a 36-year-old man in Terminus Street, Liverpool.

He was taken to Liverpool Police Station and charged with six counts of supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis and one count of participate in a criminal group.

The man was refused bail to appear before Liverpool Local Court today tomorrow.

Investigations are continuing.
