NSW man charged with posses and manufacture illicit drug offences

A man has been charged with alleged manufacture and possession of illicit drug offences following ongoing investigations by officers attached to Mid North Coast Local Area Command, NSW Police say.

On 12 June 2015, Mid North Coast officers executed a search warrant at a home on Newee Creek Road, Newee Creek.

- Equipment used in the alleged manufacture of drugs
- Chemicals
- Pseudoephedrine
- A motor vehicle believed to be stolen
- Cash
- Scales
- Mobile telephones
- And documents

All items were seized for forensic examination.

About 11.30am yesterday, inquiries led police to arrest a 44-year-old man on Riverside Drive, Nambucca Heads.

He was taken to Macksville Police Station, where he was charged with 12 offences including possess equipment with intent to manufacture prohibited drug, possess precursors, and dealing with proceeds of crime.

The man was refused bail and appeared at Coffs Harbour Bail Court today.

He was bail refused to appear at Coffs Harbour Bail Court on Tuesday 26 April 2016.
