NSW man dies in single vehicle crash north of Coffs Harbour

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal single vehicle crash on the state’s north coast yesterday. , NSW Police say

About 5.40pm today, emergency services were called to Sherwood Creek Road, Upper Corindi, 50km north of Coffs Harbour, following reports a Nissan utility had hit a tree.

The driver, a 39-year-old Queensland man, who had been travelling unrestrained, died at the scene.

Officers from the Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command are continuing their inquiries into the crash.

Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
