Police have arrested and charged a man wanted on four outstanding warrants today in Lake Macquarie, NSW Police say.
About 7.30am today, police were called to a residence at Cameron Park after receiving reports of an alleged stolen motor vehicle on the premises.
Officers located a motorbike along the side of the house and made contact with the occupants.
A short time later, police spoke to a man at the residence and arrested him.
He was charged with four outstanding warrants, two counts of take and drive conveyance, aggravated break and enter, drive whilst suspended, goods in custody suspected of being stolen and demand with menaces.
He was bail refused to appear at Newcastle Local Court on Tuesday tomorrow.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
