Police are conducting an investigation following a single vehicle crash in the Blue Mountains today.
Shortly after 11am, today, emergency services were called to Birdwood Avenue, Winmalee following reports a vehicle, with three occupants, had rolled.
All three men were assessed at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics and required no further medical attention.
Officers attached to Blue Mountains Local Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.
The driver, a 21-year-old man, was arrested and taken to Springwood Police Station, where he was issued a future court attendance notice for mid range drink driving and unaccompanied learner.
He will appear at Katoomba Local Court on Monday 6 June 2016
