NSW police probe pizza shop robbery

Police have commenced investigations following the robbery of a pizza shop in Canley Vale tonight, NSW Police say.

About 9.15pm (Monday 6 November 2017), police were called to the store on Canley Vale Road, near Railway Parade, following reports of an armed robbery.

Officers from Cabramatta attended and were told two men entered the store; once inside they armed themselves with a kitchen utensil.

They threatened the male employee before stealing cash from the till.

The employee was not hurt during the robbery and a crime scene has been established while the investigation continues.

Anyone with information should contact officers from Cabramatta Local Area Command.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
