NSW Police Search for Missing Dementia Patient in Sydney

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Eastern Beaches.

Rudolph Pazderka, aged 84, was last seen on Harold Street, Matraville, about 11.50am today (Tuesday 1 August 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with dementia.

Rudolph – also known as Rudy – is described as being of Caucasian appearance with white hair, wearing a light blue jumper and grey trousers.

He is known to walk along the Foreshore and Malabar areas.
